What "infrastructure" means

You don't think about the electrical grid when you flick a light switch. You don't think about the roads when you drive to work. The best infrastructure disappears into the background — quietly making everyday life possible.

Career transition in Canada has no such infrastructure. Today it's a maze of fragmented job boards, expensive coaches, well-meaning settlement agencies, and predatory platforms. We believe that access to a fair career path belongs in the same category as healthcare, education, and clean water — and that AI, used responsibly, can finally make it scalable.
